The Martinez
The Manhattan's older, gin-drinking cousin, and the drink Old Tom was made for.
- 1½ ozOppidan Barrel Reserve Old Tom Gin
- 1½ ozSweet vermouth
- 1 bar spoonMaraschino liqueur
- 2 dashesOrange bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
