What "bonded" promises

The Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 was one of America's first consumer-protection laws. A bonded whiskey must be the product of one distiller at one distillery in one distilling season, aged at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at exactly 100 proof.

Our single-barrel expression is bottled at 100 proof (50% alcohol by volume), in the same 750 ml bottle as the rest of our whiskeys.

Chosen one barrel at a time

Each barrel is chosen for its individual characteristics and bottled with minimal filtration. The charcoal label, silver lettering and red star distinguish the Single Barrel Bottled-in-Bond expression.

The exact barrel age, mash bill and tasting notes for the current release will be added when those details are confirmed.
