Cane + Rye

Oppidan Cane + Rye is a limited edition offering from our experimental collection. Cane + Rye takes our straight malted rye whiskey and finishes it for a year and a half in Caribbean rum barrels, providing a balance between the earthiness and spice of a rye with the sweetness of rum. The nose gives strong rum notes while the palette is dominated by malty rye spice.
